Click on the People tab in the left sidebar. Choose Contacts.
Click on the New button.
In the New Contact popup window, fill out as much or as little information as you’d like. The only requirement is an email address. The information within a contact will dictate which merge fields you’ll be able to utilize in Email Templates and Call Scripts.
If you click Company, a popup window will appear where you can search a database of companies. Select the radio button next to the company you want to assign a contact to, or if your search has no results, you can Create New Company.
On the bottom right under Other, you can select an existing group from the Select Group dropdown menu to add a new contact to a group right away.
Click Save Contact when you’re ready to add the contact.
