Navigate to the upper left corner and click on the drop-down menu under your name that says LiveHive. Click on Email Server.
There are three different server options to choose from when using LiveHive. Your MasterAdmin will initially set this up for your company, so the options you have available will be determined by the Admin setup. For example, if you are missing the Company Server option, then your Admin did not setup LiveHive with the Company Server, so the users are not able to either.
LiveHive Server: Using the LiveHive server to send emails will use the “via” process and display “via go.livehive.com” next to your sender address on emails. There is no setup required for this process.
LiveHive Server with Server Side Detection: This option provides a more robust solution for tracking emails. When using this option, you need to sign into your email account and need to know your email's server settings. Note that there may be limitations to your company's server. Connect with Support to get help with setup.
Company Server: You can use your company’s server and setup an SMTP or Exchange server. Note that there may be limitations to your company's server. Support and I.T. will most likely need to help with setup.
