There are several ways to make Groups in LiveHive. You can create a new group when uploading a CSV file, importing a list from your CRM, importing via LiveClip or Live Prospecting, or ahead of time in the Group section of LiveHive.
If you want to create a new group, navigate to People in the sidebar, and click Groups.
This is where you can see all of your groups. To create a new group, click the New button.
In the Create Group popup window, type in a name for your new group, then click the Save Group button.
That's it! Now you'll see your new group in the list of groups. When you add contacts, this group will be visible from the "select group" drop down menu. Learn more about adding new contacts to a group and adding existing contacts to a group.
You can also create new groups as you add contacts.
