Default Settings gives the Admin the choice of determining default settings for their users. Any choices made here will be set for all users in your company using LiveHive unless they change them for themselves.
Receive desktop popup notifications: A notification window will pop up on your computer. This is a banner in the upper right corner of your desktop on a Mac, and on the bottom right corner on a PC.
Receive email notifications for Open, View, Download and Reshare: Email for Open, View, Download, and Reshare: Receive emails when a recipient opens an email, clicks on a link, views or downloads an attachment, and reshares an attachment. A Reshare is done through LiveHive’s attachment viewer. A recipient would need to view an attachment and click Email on the top of the viewer to share the attachment with someone else. If they do this, it is considered a Reshare. If someone were to forward an email including an attachment, this is not able to be tracked. It will be considered another view.

Prompt sender to capture email address when sending attachments: this enables a dialogue box to appear in your email when you are sending a tracked attachment through your email client, such as Gmail.
If you select “Yes”, then if the recipient chooses to share your attachment with other people, those new recipients will be prompted to enter their email address before viewing the attachment. This is the only way you will be able to see who else viewed your attachment besides the original recipient. Nothing is tracked if the recipient simply forwards your email. The recipient must email the attachment to other people through the attachment viewer. See below for an example. If you select “No”, then no one will be asked for their email address before viewing an attachment.
Prompt recipient to enter email address when viewing attachments: this setting will refer to emails sent with your email client, or emails you send through LiveHive. If this is on, when a recipient chooses to share your attachment with others, those new recipients will be prompted for their email address. This way you'll know who viewed your attachment. The recipient would need to share your attachment within the attachment viewer for this feature to work. Forwarded emails and their attachments cannot be tracked.

Enable Unites States local call presence: when this option is checked, the number you are calling from using the LiveHive dialer will have the same area code as the person you are calling. For example, if my number is (408) 555 - 1234, and I call someone in New York with the area code 212, then my number will be displayed as (212) 555 - 1234.
Note: If used, this number will not work as a call back number.
