The Closing Report shows a summary or closing activities for the current month. The timeframe can be adjusted in filters at any time.
Management Analytics are only visible by MasterAdmin and Manager LiveHive users. To see the Closing Report, navigate to Analytics in the sidebar. Click on Management, then Closing Report.
# of Closed Won: The number of opportunities that have closed won this month
$$ Value: The total dollar value of the Opportunities that have closed won this month
Average Deal Size: The average dollar value of the closed won Opportunities this month
Touches to Close: The average amount of touches it took to close the Opportunites that have closed won this month. A touch is any direct task action in the LiveHive system (email, logging a call, completing a call)
Average Days to Close: The average days to close for opportunities that have closed won this month.
Recent Closed Deals: A running list of closed won/lost Opportunities this month. The date shown is the date the Opportunity was created.
Days to Close Deals: A Chart displaying how many days it takes to close a closed won Opportunity
- Green: Current month
- Gray: Comparative month (default is the previous month, but this can be changed in filters)
Top Closing Rep: A list of the number of closed won opportunities created by each sales rep in the current month.
