The Converting Report gives managers Opportunity information at a glance. All information is for the current month, but the timeframe can be adjusted in filters at any time.
Management Analytics are only visible by MasterAdmin and Manager LiveHive users. To get to the Converting Report, navigate to Analytics in the sidebar. Click on Management, then Converting Report.
New Opportunities: Total number of new Opportunities this month
Opportunity Value: Total value of Opportunities this month
Average Value: Average value of Opportunities this month
Touches to Oppty: Average number of touches per Opportunity this month. This average number only includes touches leading up to the specific Opportunity for the lead, not all touches for all leads. A touch is any email or call task created and completed by a user.
New Opportunity List: A running list of new Opportunities.
- Date: The date the Opportunity was created.
- Company: The company name of the Opportunity.
- Opportunity: The dollar value of the Opportunity.
- Probability: The current probability of the Opportunity.
- Rep: Who created the Opportunity.
Touches to Opportunity: A chart to illustrate how many touches it takes to create an Opportunity.
Opportunity List: Lists how many Opportunities made by each sales rep this month, compared to the previous month.
