Your set business hours will affect tasks generated by SmartPaths (unless specified otherwise). Setting these hours helps you manage weekends. For example, if a task generated from a SmartPath lands on a Sunday, it will move it to a Monday during your designated business hours instead.
Navigate to the LiveHive drop-down menu under your name and select Business Hours.
Set the hours that you work. Click each drop-down menu to select a start and end time for each day of the week. Click the checkbox next to Closed on the days that you don't work or days that you don’t want emails to go out.
If you're leaving on vacation, click the checkbox next to On Vacation to stop all LiveHive activity for your user.
Check what you've set for the whole week, and click Save Settings when you're done. You can change these hours at any time.
