If you've launched a SmartPath, or have created reminders, they will show up in Tasks. By default, the Tasks page shows tasks that are scheduled for today. This could be tasks generated by a SmartPath you launched today, or subsequent tasks from a SmartPath launched in the past. For example, if you have a SmartPath running to send an email one week apart for four weeks that you launched on a Monday, then you will see tasks associated with that SmartPath each Monday for the next four weeks.
There are three types of tasks: email tasks, phone tasks, and reminder tasks. How you interact and manage them is different.
To see your tasks, click on Tasks in the left sidebar.
The tasks page is made up of three main part: Tasks, Preview, and SmartPath (if applicable).
The Preview section looks different depending on the type of task. The example above is an email task.
