The Manager's Dashboard gives a manager insight into team activities.
To see the Manager's Dashboard click Dashboard on the left sidebar, then click Manager's Dashboard.
Most LiveHive users will only see the Sales Rep Dashboard. Only MasterAdmins and Manager users will have access to the Manager's Dashboard. Data displayed as red means it's missed the target. If data is displayed as green, then it is the same or better than the chosen target.
Lead touch tracks how long it takes for a lead to be touched the first time after importing into LiveHive or creating a new contact in LiveHive. This is calculated by taking the average numbers of days between the import of contact data, and the first touch.
Email Reply Rate
The Email Reply Rate section tracks the percentage of sent emails that have replies.
Call Connect Rate
The Call Connect Rate section calculates the total percentage of connected calls. Avg Call showed the average duration of all completed calls.
Touches to Opportunity
The Touches to Oppty section shows the average amount of touches (or activity) a lead has before becoming an opportunity.
In the activity section, you can take a quick glance at the team’s activity for the week. You can select one type of activity at a time: Lead Gen, Emails, Call, or Opportunities. Click the radio button next to the activity you want to see. Emails is selected by default.
- Lead Gen: The number of leads added by the team.
- Emails: The number of emails sent by the team.
- Calls: The number of calls by the team using LiveHive's dialer.
- Opportunities: The number of opportunities created by the team.
- Target: The target number assigned by the manager. If this is checked, then you see the target in gray.
The Source Effectiveness section measures the number of opportunities that arise from each source. It displays the top five most successful sources. When you create an opportunity, the source is one of the fields that are filled out. Learn more about creating opportunities.
The New Opportunities section lists the seven most recent opportunities added to LiveHive. You can see the company name, opportunity amount, opportunity probability, and the timestamp for when the opportunity was created.
Sales Rep Scorecard
The Sales Rep Scorecard section shows the top seven sales reps with the highest scores.
The number on the right is their overall ranking. The other numbers are the sales rep's ranking for each area.

- A: Activity
- O: Opportunities
- R: Revenue
If there is an up or down arrow next to the rep's name, then they rose or fell in the ranking. If there is no arrow, then their ranking is the same as last month.
