If your Admin has finished setting up LiveHive with your CRM, then you'll be able to connect. Navigate to the LiveHive drop-down menu under your name and click CRM.
Select the radio button next to your CRM. Using Salesforce as an example, you select Salesforce, then click the Connect to Salesforce button.
Note: If you do not see a CRM as an option, then your Admin has not yet connected it to your company’s LiveHive.
A new window will open where you need to log in with your Salesforce account.
You’ll see a notification banner inside LiveHive when the connection is successful.
Connecting to your CRM allows data to sync between LiveHive and your CRM. You can also use the LiveHive interface within the CRM, so you do not need to switch between websites.
