When you launch a SmartPath, you have the option to generate tasks or send tasks automatically. If you generate tasks, then you still need to send email tasks. You can preview each email to see the email with completed merge fields and your signature. You can edit and change emails individually before sending. Learn more about email task options: Email Tasks.
Let's say you look through all of your email tasks, save some changes, and now want to send them all at once.
First, click on the Filter icon at the top of the tasks list.
In the Task View Filter window, start by clicking the radio button next to Emails. The Send All option is only visible when you filter by Emails because you can't send all Calls or Reminders. Next, check the box next to Scheduled only. You only want to send email tasks that are scheduled to go out today, not ones that have already been completed, have errors, or are already set to be Auto-Sent. Late could be included as well if you have some overdue tasks that need to go out. To apply the filters, make sure to click the Update button on the bottom of the window. You may need to scroll down to see it. If you don't click Update, then nothing will happen.
Note: If applicable, you can also specify tasks generated by a specific SmartPath in the section Campaign Views. In this example, I left Show All selected.
Now you'll only see scheduled email tasks in the tasks list. Click the checkbox at the top of the list to select all tasks. When you're sure you want all the emails to be sent, click on the green Send All button at the bottom of the list.
