If a contact has been unsubscribed, you are able to resubscribe them manually. For example, let's say you launched a SmartPath for a contact that ended up having a bad email. In this case that contact is automatically unsubscribed by LiveHive, so there isn't an error for every task in the SmartPath. That contact with the bad email will not receive the future tasks for that SmartPath. If you discover there was a typo in the email, or you find the correct email, you can edit the email in the contact, then resubscribe them. This way you can assign a SmartPath to them again.
To resubscribe a contact, navigate to the contact you want to resubscribe. You can search the name in contacts to save time. Next, click on the action pencil icon.
In the action drop-down menu click Resubscribe.
The contact is now resubscribed, so it is now available to assign a SmartPath to or send a group email to.
