Filters allow the user to change what data is displayed in Ranking. Click on the filter icon in the upper right corner to show all of the filters options. There are three tabs within filters: Activity, Campaign, and Groups.
Within the Activity tab, there are options regarding timeframe, engagement score, content, and sorting.
Select the timeframe that you want to display. Click the radio button next to Today, Last 7 Days, Last 30 days, or All-time. This will show the ranking based on the activity within the chosen timeframe.
Display the entire range of engagement scores, or a certain range. To create a custom range, click on the radio button next to Custom, then choose new values from the drop down menus.
Click the check box to select one or both options.
- SmartPath: Show contacts that have been in a SmartPath previously, or are currently assigned to a SmartPath.
- Unassigned: Has never been assigned a SmartPath.
The Sort By drop-down menu gives you the option to sort Top Leads by Engagement Score, Last Name, Last Activity, or In a SmartPath.
- Engagement Score: Sort by the engagement score.
- Last Name: Sort alphabetically by the last name.
- Last Activity: Sort by the date and time of the last activity associated with the contact.
- In a SmartPath: Sorts by whether or not a contact has been in a SmartPath.
Sort Order gives you the option to sort the chosen Sort By criteria Descending or Ascending.
For example, if you sort by engagement score, then choose ascending for the sort order, then you can see all the contacts that have low engagement scores on top.
Choose to show either 50 or 100 results.
If you've made all the changes you want to, then click Update to apply the filters. To adjust other parameters, then click on the tabs for Campaign and/or Groups.
The Campaign Tab allows you to isolate results from a specific SmartPath or Group Email. Click the check boxes next to the campaigns that you want to include. This will then only show contacts associated with the selected SmartPaths and/or Group Emails.
If you've made all the changes you want to, then click Update to apply the filters. To adjust other parameters, then click on the tabs for Activity and/or Groups.
The Groups tab shows all of your existing groups in LiveHive. You can choose to only show contacts that belong to a certain group. Click on one or as many check boxes as you'd like.

Once you've determined the parameters you want to view, make sure to click update to apply the filters.
