To change the criteria shown on the MQL Report, click the filter icon to the right of the search bar.
There are three sections in filters: Activity, Tags, and Users.
Within Activity, you can choose the timeframe, sorting, and campaigns.
The Activity Timeframe allows the user to determine a specific timeframe for the MQL Report. Click the date to type in a date, or click the calendar icon to select a date from the calendar view. Select a start and end date to display.
In Sorting, decide how to organize the order the contacts are listed in. In the Sort By drop-down menu, choose to sort by Engagement Score (the default), Last Name, Company, Touches, or Last Campaign.
Sort Order allows you to choose between Ascending and Descending.
If these are the only changes you want to make, then click Update to apply the filters. If you want to save the choices you've made as your new default, then click the Save Filter button, then Update. If not, click on Tags or Users to make other changes.
The Tags section of Filters allows you to select the tags that you want to display. Tags refer to the tags associated with LiveHive users. So, if there are seven sales reps with the tag East Coast, then if you select East Coast as the only tag, the data for those seven sales reps will be displayed.
Select the checkbox for as many or as few tags as you'd like, then click Update to apply the filters, or Save Filter to save the selections as your new default, then click Update. If you'd like to make changes to Activity or Users, then click the section you want to edit before saving or updating.
The Users section allows you to manually choose which LiveHive users data you want to show. Click the top checkbox to select all, or select none. Click on as many or as few users as you'd like.
After making your selection, click Update to apply the filters, or Save Filter to save the selections as your new default, then click Update. If you'd like to make changes to Activity or Tags, then click the section you want to edit before saving or updating.
