You can always go back and edit an existing SmartPath. First, navigate to your SmartPath list. Click Sales Campaigns in the left sidebar, then click SmartPaths.
There are two ways to edit a SmartPath. You can click on the name of a SmartPath to open it, or click on the Action pencil icon and select Edit SmartPath.
Once you're viewing the SmartPath, you can edit the Title, Description, and Location. If you use the SmartPath a lot, you can make it a Favorite by clicking on the Favorite button.
To edit a task, hover your cursor on top of the task to reveal editing options.
Note: if you choose to edit a template, and the option "Apply change to all existing Tasks" is checked, then any scheduled tasks using the same template that have not been sent yet, will be updated with the new changes.
Any edits you save will be applied wherever this template is used, whether this option is checked or not.
