By default, Top Accounts shows data based on the last thirty days, sorted by Engagement Score. To customize the criteria, click on the filter icon in the upper right corner. There are three tabs within Top Accounts filters: Activity, Tags, and Users.
First, click the radio button next to the desired timeframe: Today, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, or All-time. Next, choose whether to show all engagement scores or a specific range of engagement scores.
You're able to sort by Engagement Score (default) or Company name in descending or ascending order.
Lastly, choose how many results to show.
If these are the only criteria you want to change, click Update to apply. If you want your choices to be the new default, click the Save Filter button, then Update. To change other variables, click on Tags or Users.
The Tags section of Filters allows you to select the tags that you want to display. Tags refer to the tags associated with LiveHive users. So, if there are seven sales reps with the tag East Coast, then if you select East Coast as the only tag, the data for those seven sales reps will be displayed.
Select the checkbox for as many or as few tags as you'd like, then click Update to apply the filters, or Save Filter to save the selections as your new default, then click Update. If you'd like to make changes to Activity or Users, then click the section you want to edit before saving or updating.
The Users section allows you to manually choose which LiveHive users data you want to show. Click the top checkbox to select all, or select none. Click on as many or as few users as you'd like.
After making your selection, click Update to apply the filters, or Save Filter to save the selections as your new default, then click Update. If you'd like to make changes to Activity or Tags, then click the section you want to edit before saving or updating.
