Users have control to customize the data shown in analytics. Click the filters icon in the upper right corner to change the displayed data. There are three sections of filters: Activity, Tags, and Users.
Under Sort, decide on the order you want the SmartPaths to be shown in. For example, select Top Opens to see the SmartPath that recipients opened the most emails for on top.
Under View, click the drop-down menu to show Top 5, 10, or 20 results.
Lastly, choose a timeframe to display. Type in the desired dates, or click on the calendar icon to quickly choose a date from the calendar view.
If this is all you want to change, then click Update. Or, select Tags or Users to make further selections before updating the results.
The Tags section of Filters allows you to select the tags that you want to display. Tags refer to the tags associated with LiveHive users. So, if there are seven sales reps with the tag East Coast, then if you select East Coast as the only tag, the data for those seven sales reps will be displayed.
Select the checkbox for as many or as few tags as you'd like, then click Update to apply the filters. If you'd like to make changes to Activity or Users, then click the section you want to edit before updating.
The Users section allows you to manually choose which LiveHive users data you want to show. Click the top checkbox to select all, or select none. Click on as many or as few users as you'd like.
After making your selection, click Update to apply the filters. If you'd like to make changes to Activity or Tags, then click the section you want to edit before updating.
