As long as the LiveHive Outlook Add-in is installed and signed in, then you'll have access to the LiveHive footer when you're writing a new email in Outlook.
Want to save time by using a Template? Click the Templates button to choose from existing templates in your subscription.
Select Template Type
A small popup will appear prompting you to choose a template type. If applicable, you can use a template from your connected CRM as well. To see LiveHive templates, click on LiveHive Template then click Ok.
Select Email Template
The next window displays all of the email templates in the connected LiveHive subscription. Click the plus sign icon on the left side to expand a folder. Once you've found the one you're looking for, select the title of the template, then click Ok to continue.
Map Merge Fields
If the template includes merge fields, then the next window allows you to fill in the information for the merge fields. This comes up if you have not addressed your email to anyone yet, or if the email address is not a contact in LiveHive. Type in the needed information, then click the Save Mapping button.
Note: If you've addressed your message to someone that is a contact in LiveHive, then the merge fields will automatically populate with information. If there is information missing from the contact to fulfill the merge fields, then you will see the same prompt.
Now you can see the template in the new email window. Make any changes you like, then send when you're ready!
