To adjust the data displayed in the Converting Report, click the filter icon in the upper right corner. There are three available sections: Activity, Tags, and Users.
In the Activity section, choose the month you want to display. Click the first month drop-down menu to select the month you want to show data for.
Next, there's an option to show another month to compare to. The month here is only applicable if the checkbox next to "Show Comparative Month" is selected.
Click Update to apply the filters. If you want your choices to be the new default, click the Save Filter button, then Update. If you want to make changes under Tags or Users, go to the applicable tab before updating.
The Tags section of Filters allows you to select the tags that you want to display. Tags refer to the tags associated with LiveHive users. So, if there are seven sales reps with the tag East Coast, then if you select East Coast as the only tag, the data for those seven sales reps will be displayed.
Select the checkbox for as many or as few tags as you'd like, then click Update to apply the filters, or Save Filter to save the selections as your new default, then click Update. If you'd like to make changes to Activity or Users, then click the section you want to edit before saving or updating.
The Users section allows you to manually choose which LiveHive users data you want to show. Click the top checkbox to select all, or select none. Click on as many or as few users as you'd like.
After making your selection, click Update to apply the filters, or Save Filter to save the selections as your new default, then click Update. If you'd like to make changes to Activity or Tags, then click the section you want to edit before saving or updating.
