In Groups, you can further pinpoint contacts that meet certain criteria. Click on the filters icon to change the filters. There are three sections: Activity Timeframe, SmartPath, and Sorting.
Under Activity Timeframe, click the radio button next to the desired activity timeframe. Activity is any performed action, such as an email, call, or reminder. Choose to isolate contacts with the last activity being today, the last 7 days, last 30 days, all-time, no activity, or all contacts regardless of activity.
The SmartPath section allows you to only show contacts assigned, previously assigned, or not assigned to a SmartPath. For example, perhaps you launched a SmartPath for a Group, then added more contacts to that Group a few days later. You can filter to only show the unassigned contacts so you can then select them all at once and assign them to a SmartPath.
Sorting determines the order the contacts are shown in within the Groups. Click on the Sort By drop-down menu to choose from Engagement Score, First Name, Last Name, Title, and Company.
The Sort Order options are Ascending and Descending.
Once you've decided on the filters you want, click Update to apply the changes.
