If Outlook email tracking isn't working and you've downloaded the LiveHive tracking extension and restarted Outlook, you may need to adjust your trusted sites.
- Open Internet Explorer.
- Open Settings on the right and select "Internet Options."
- Go to the "Security" tab.
- Click "Trusted Sites" and select "Sites."
- In the box, "Add this website to the zone," type:
Even if you don't use Internet Explorer to browse the internet, you'll need to add "*.livehive.com" to trusted sites using IE.
