LiveHive uses API access to copy activity data into your Salesforce account. LiveHive supports Enterprise and Unlimited Editions. Professional Edition does not allow API access by default. To enable API access you need to contact your Salesforce Account Executive and purchase the API Access option. Salesforce will enable the API access and you can then install LiveHive from the Salesforce App Exchange. LiveHive can help confirm the installed package is working properly.
Group Edition may not allow this API access by default. You may need to contact Salesforce support to allow API access. You can also try to add whitelist permission if you installed LiveHive from the App Exchange.
To add API access go to Administration Setup-Manage Apps-Connected Apps. See the screen shot below for an example.
