The LiveHive Outlook Add-in creates log files that can be used to help diagnose problems. In Outlook 2013 and 2010 there is a "Send Log File" button in the LiveHive ribbon/menu that will automatically send the files.
In Outlook 2007 you can attach the files in an email to [email protected] from the following location. Look for your name under the Users directory:
If you are not able to see the AppData directory you may need to change a Windows Explorer setting as shown below:
