In some cases Outlook may disable the automatic startup of the Add-In. When this happens it is possible to re-enable the Add-In by going to File/Options/Add Ins/Manage: COM Add-Ins/Go and then checking the box next to the LiveHive Add-In.
If Outlook continues to disable the Add-In every time it re-starts you can usually solve the problem by un-installing the LiveHive Outlook Add-In using Control Panel, and then re-installing it from the LiveHive web site.
If a re-install does not solve the problem then do the following:
- Close Outlook.
- Click the Windows Start button and run regedit.exe.
- Select the following key in the Windows registry: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins\LiveHiveAddIn2013Light
- Find the key named LoadBehavior, and set the value to 3. (In most cases where problems occur this value will be 2).
- Shut down regedit, and restart Outlook.
This should solve the auto-start problem.
